    The commissioners heretofore appointed file their report as follows: They have partitions and set off to said Me-che-ke-noc-quah: Commencing at a point on the banks of the St. mary's River where the East line of said reserve of three sections granted to John B. Richardville at the Treaty of St. Marys in the year 1818 intersects the same; thence southwestwardly along said east line to the south east corner of said reserve; thence along the southern boundary of said Reserve northwestardly 49.25 chains; thence north 25 degrees East to the St. Mary's River; thence up said river with the meanders thereof to the place of beginning, which said tract contains 320 acres, more or less; being the same tract of 320 acres in petition described; And they have set apart of said Me-che-ke-noc-quah 270 acres of said tract of 640 acres in said proceeding described off the upper end thereof which is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the north east corner of said 640 acres tract at a post as fixed on the south bank of the St. Mary's River at a post described in said warrant and other proceedings aforesaid; thence running south 25 degrees west 64 chains and 20 links; thence north 34 degrees West 54.76 chains; thence North 31 1/6 degrees 53.80 chains to the river, then up the said St. Marys River to the place of beginning. And said Commissioners would further report that they have set apart to the said Mon-go-ze-quah, wife of said James R. Godfrey the remainder of said tract of 640 acres above mentioned and described in said warran and other proceedings, known as follows: Commencing at a point on the St. Mary's River at the North West corner of said 3 sections or where the lower boundary of said 3 sections strikes the river; thence running S. 25 W. 30 chains; thence S 34 deg. East 86.50 links; thence south 25 degrees West 11.50 chains; thence S. 34 deg. East 19 chains, thence North 31 deg 10 minutes East 53.80 chains, containing 370 acres. which they would report to be a fair division of said lands and just partition thereof.
