"Be it remembered that on this day presented before me the subscriber a notary public in and for said county--Archangel Godfroy and James R. Godfroy her husband and declare that the land described" lots 1-10 "on the separate real estate of the said Archange...and by consent of her said husband she caused the said survey to be made and dedicated as set out on said plat a portion of the land to be a public highway and the said Archange and James R. Godfroy being presently known to me acknowledge that the said Archange had the said survey made as well as said declaration made on her own instance and her own [?] and the said James voluntarily consented thereto."
