  "Be it remembered that on this day presented before me the subscriber a notary public in and for said county--ARchangel Godfroy and James R. Godfroy her husband and declare that the land described" lots 1-10 "on the separate real estate of the said Archange...and by consent of her said husband she caused the said survey to be made and dedicated as set out on said plat a portion of the land to be a public highway and the said Archange and James R.
