    Charles, the youngest child of Thomas and Mary Richardville, grew up in Indian Territory and spent most of his life as a mortician and undertaker. For several years, he worked in Webb City and Joplin, Missouri, and, later in life, in Colorado Springs. He returned to Joplin just two months before his death in 1932. He and his wife, Marie Martin, had one son, Thomas, born in 1903.
