Biography/Notes:
The son of James Aveline and Betsy Weakse (whose Myaamia name was recorded as Wahwindemoquah), Frank became an orphan as a young boy. He was also a step-brother to Josie Geboe Fulkerson. He attended Carlisle Indian School, and afterward moved to New York to work on a railroad. He never married, and was working as a painter when he died in New York City in 1907.
