Biography/Notes:
Francis, who was always known by “Frank,” lived his entire life in the Ottawa County area. He and his wife, Mamie Simpson, had no children of their own, but raised Frank's nephew, Robert Pooler. Frank lived with a disabil- ity, having lost his right hand. He worked often assisting his father when he owned a livery business, and then in odd jobs supporting the mining industry near Quapaw and Picher, Oklahoma.
