    1826 Treaty: Five sections for the Beaver, below and adjoining the preceding reservation "for the use of the said tribe" 1838 Treaty: It is further stipulated that the United States patent to Beaver, the five sections of land, and to Chapine the one section of land, reserved to them respectively in the second article of the treaty made Anno Domino 1826, between the parties to the present treaty.
